1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account at Peluang8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual – whether using different personal details, different IP addresses, or any other method – are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian phone number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Actual date of birth

You are solely responsible for keeping your Peluang8 username and password secure. We strongly encourage the use of a strong password and two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. Peluang8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Peluang8 offers deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions on the Peluang8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes
• Player collusion in Poker or other table games to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse through hedge betting (bonus abuse / bonus hunting) that is clearly intended to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Uploading false documents or providing inaccurate information during the identity verification process
• Using the Peluang8 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at dealers, support staff, or other members

Consequences for violations of these terms include but are not limited to: temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, freezing and forfeiture of balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Peluang8 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand name, interface design, graphics, text, software code, and game materials, is the exclusive property of Peluang8 or its legitimate licensors. All copyrights, trademarks, and other related intellectual property rights are fully reserved.

Peluang8 members are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or republishing any content from the platform without Peluang8's written consent
• Using Peluang8's name, logo, or brand identity for commercial or personal promotional purposes
• Reverse engineering any software or system belonging to Peluang8

9. Peluang8 Liability Limits

Peluang8 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted continuous availability. While we make every effort to maintain platform uptime at 99.8% or above, occasional technical disruptions may occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Peluang8 shall not be liable for:

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their Peluang8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or cancelled, and any eligible balance will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

Peluang8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete the requested identity verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Self-request by a member through the Peluang8 Responsible Gaming programme
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity
• Instructions from relevant authorities
