Log In Peluang8 – Back to Your Favourite Games

Logging in to your Peluang8 account is a quick and straightforward process that typically takes no more than 30 seconds. Enter your Malaysian phone number with the +60 country code, followed by your password, then click the Log In button — and you're in. That said, there are a few important things worth knowing to keep your login experience smooth and secure every time.

For members accessing Peluang8 from a mobile phone — which is the majority of our users in Malaysia — our platform is fully optimised for mobile screens. No app download is required. Simply open your Android or iOS web browser, go to peluang8.click, and log in as usual. The experience on mobile is identical to desktop — with the full suite of games, account features, and payment options available.

One thing many members ask about is the "Remember Me" option. If you check this box when logging in, Peluang8 will save your login session on that device so you won't need to re-enter your phone number and password each time. This is a handy feature if you're always on your own personal phone. However, we strongly recommend that you not using the "Remember Me" option on a device shared with others, such as an office computer or a family member's phone.

Log In with SMS OTP – The More Secure Option

In addition to password-based login, Peluang8 also offers the option to log in via SMS OTP. This is ideal if you've forgotten your password or simply prefer not to store passwords on your device. Click the "Log In with SMS OTP" button, enter your Malaysian phone number, and a six-digit verification code will be sent directly to you. Enter the code and you'll be logged in instantly — no password required.

OTP login also serves as a useful extra layer of security. Even if someone knows your Peluang8 account password, they won't be able to log in without physical access to your registered phone — since the OTP is sent directly to that number. We strongly encourage all Peluang8 members to also enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an even stronger level of protection.

Forgot Your Peluang8 Password – How to Reset It

If you've forgotten your Peluang8 account password, don't worry. The reset process is quick and straightforward. Click the "Forgot password?" link found just below the password field on the login form. You'll be prompted to enter the Malaysian phone number registered to your account. An OTP will be sent to that number within seconds. Enter the OTP, set a new strong password, and you're ready to log back in.

To keep your Peluang8 account secure, we recommend using a strong password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using easily guessable personal information such as your date of birth or name. Most importantly, never share your Peluang8 password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be a Peluang8 staff member. Our support team has never asked, and will never ask, for your password through any communication channel.

What to Do After Logging In

Once you've successfully logged in to your Peluang8 account, your account dashboard gives you a useful overview — your current balance in MYR, any active bonuses ready to use, account-related notifications, and quick links to the platform's main sections.

If you've just made a deposit and are ready to play, navigate to your preferred games section. For Live Casino Baccarat and Blackjack, look for the "Live Casino" tab in the navigation menu. For slots, find the "Slots" category on the home page. If you prefer Sports Betting — Malaysian Super League football, EPL, cricket, badminton, or e-sports — access the "Sports" section from your dashboard.

Don't forget to visit the Promotions page after logging in. Many offers at Peluang8 require you to manually "claim" the bonus from the Promotions page before it is credited to your account. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically after the specified period, so make sure to check this page every time you log in — especially on Mondays for weekly cashback and on weekends for reload bonuses.

Common Login Issues & How to Fix Them

Occasionally, members may run into some difficulty when trying to log in. Here are the most common issues and how to resolve them. First, "incorrect password" — make sure you're entering the right password and pay attention to capitalisation. If you've tried several times without success, use the password reset option rather than continuing to retry, as the system will temporarily lock your account after a number of consecutive failed attempts as a security measure.

Second, if you see "phone number not recognised", make sure you're entering the exact number you used when registering, in the correct format without the leading 0 (for example, enter 123456789 instead of 0123456789, as the +60 prefix is already provided). Third, if your account has been locked after multiple failed login attempts, contact the Peluang8 support team — available 24 hours — to have your account unlocked once your identity has been verified.
